Steve has always had a thirst for serving his Lord. He has been a Director at Mahoning Valley Christian Service Camp for more than 35 years. He also served as Missions Ministry leader at the Fountain prior to his role as Elder. He has been married to his wife Jill for over 45 years and they have two adult sons and five grandchildren. Steve and Jill are big basketball fans having four generations of basketball players in their family. They also own two businesses, Floyd Crim and Sons paving and Jill A. Crim Tax Services.
In addition to being an Elder, John has been part of the worship team for over eight years along with his wife Amy. John has also been a physical therapist for 25 years providing the opportunity to help others heal physically. As part of the worship team he is blessed to help lead our body to be a worshipping church; a church that values and pursues God's presence in their lives not only on Sunday but everyday, in part through praise and worship. In his spare time John enjoys spending time with his wife Amy, their twin girls Grace and Olivia, and their two dogs Annie and Wrigley.
Dale humbly serves at The Fountain in a number of ways including as leader of the Discipleship team, greeter, in outreach events, and with communion. Dale and his wife Kendra have lived in New Palestine for the past 5 years and have two grown children, Bailey and Bryson. Dale enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Dale works out of his home as a marketing operations manager for a software company.
Joshua Hahn
Elder & Senior Minister
Joshua's passion is in preaching and teaching. He loves to study God's Word and also enjoys learning more about the original languages in order to better do so! His vision for the Fountain is to see our church become a place where people are sold out for Jesus and others are drawn here because of the changes they can see within our member's lives. Joshua and his beautiful wife Debbie are the parents of 2 wonderful boys, Will and Andrew. When he has time, Joshua enjoys sports and woodworking.
Joe Schulz
Elder & InReach Ministry Leader
Joe’s spiritual gift for shepherding has led him to a role as Elder at the Fountain. He has served the past 16 years in various non-profit roles and is currently serving at a faith-based, Jesus-loving, organization where he sees the hand of God at work daily. He and his wife Kathi live in New Pal and they have been married for over 40 years. They have three grown children, Nikki, Betsy & Daniel as well as six grandchildren. They enjoy family, traveling (mainly to see family), and being a part of a community group. He’s been involved in the Worship ministry by assisting with the Facebook Live broadcasts on Sundays. Lastly, he has a strong affinity for chocolate no-bake cookies.
InReach: The InReach Ministry encourages members to serve one another by connecting in various church ministries. Our heart is to find a place for everyone who calls The Fountain home to find a place to serve and feel like they are being taken care of.

Robin Beaumont
Missions Ministry Co-Leader
After 30 years with AT&T, Robin took an early retirement and began work with TCM International Institute. She and her husband Terry have served on many short term mission trips with this organization. Retirement from AT&T offered a new opportunity to work at TCM and serve long term with the ministry they had grown to love. For the past 15 years, she has served as the Short Term Worker Coordinator for TCM and interim staff in Austria. Robin and Terry have 4 grown sons and 8 amazing grandchildren. Robin enjoys gardening, woodworking, and her suitcase is always ready to pack for travel.
Isaiah Carrell
Worship Minister
Isaiah's passion is deeply rooted in worship ministry and team building. With a fervor for training others in the art of worship, he finds joy in cultivating teams that lead congregations into meaningful and transformative worship experiences. Isaiah's enthusiasm extends beyond the musical realm, as he also delights in the culinary arts and recording music. Having earned his Undergraduate degree in Worship Leadership from Belmont University, Isaiah is committed to honing his skills and knowledge. Currently pursuing his Master of Divinity (Mdiv), he seeks to integrate theological depth with his musical expertise to enrich the worship experience for The Fountain. Isaiah is happily married to Victoria, sharing a life intertwined with a shared love for faith and music.
Terry Beaumont
Missions Ministry Co-Leader
Terry is a retired Mechanical Engineer from AT&T, finishing his career with Carter and Burgess Engineering Design Group. He and his wife Robin have served on many short term and long term mission trips with TCM International Institute. Terry also served as interim staff at the Austria campus of TCM for a period of time after retirement. Robin and Terry have 4 grown sons and 8 awesome grandchildren. Terry is a “car guy” and enjoys restoring classic cars and tinkering in the garage.
Aaron Clark
Facilities Ministry Leader
Aaron has worked in the agriculture industry since graduating from Purdue University in 2015. He is married to his wife, Alex, and they have a chocolate lab named Mackey. Aaron enjoys working with his hands on projects around the house, rooting for Purdue football and basketball, and spending time outside hiking and golfing.
Seth’s love for equipping students for ministry and communicating God’s Word pair nicely with his calling to Youth Ministry. He loves spending time with students by going to their games, church events and beating them in video games. Seth enjoys going out to eat, Marvel, Star Wars, and spending time with the people he loves. Seth and his wife Emily have a son who is full of energy and joy! You can often find Seth eating or thinking about pizza.
Deb Kraft
Executive Assistant & Outreach Ministry Leader
After 37 years working in the business side of the IT industry, Deb joined the staff at the Fountain as a part-time Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor. Deb also leads the Outreach efforts at the Fountain. Her spiritual gifts of administration and evangelism combined with her experience running a 501(c)(3) ministry outside of church allow her to effectively support the church and neighboring communities. Deb's passion is knowing God's Word as deeply as possible to be more effective in proclaiming the Gospel, encouraging and equipping people for Kingdom work, and helping others know the hope of Jesus. As the mother of an adult disabled daughter Shelby, Deb feels very blessed to have been given the privilege of taking care of her for 30 years prior to her passing, and for raising her sister Kasey who is now a doctor practicing medicine at InterMed in Portland, Maine.
Jeff Rogers
Finance Ministry Leader
Jeff has a 38-year career in finance, serving as CFO for newspapers in central and southern Indiana. He has experience in the areas of accounting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, risk management, and human resources. Jeff enjoys boating, bicycling, and golfing. He resides in New Palestine with his wife, Jennifer. They have been married 37 years and have three grown children; Jordan, Joseph, and Jessica.
