Jim Bullard

In addition to his focus on helping to lead spiritual growth at the Fountain, Jim has a passion for missions, having been on 4 mission trips to Mexico to build homes.  Outside of church, Jim has spent his career in the geotechnical and environmental engineering field.  Jim has been married to his wonderful wife Alison for over 40 years.  They enjoy spending time with their son and daughter, and 2 grandchildren. 

Joshua Hahn
Senior Minister, Elder

Joshua's passion is in preaching and teaching.  He loves to study God's Word and also enjoys learning more about the original languages in order to better do so!  His vision for the Fountain is to see our church become a place where people are sold out for Jesus and others are drawn here because of the changes they can see within our member's lives.  Joshua and his beautiful wife Debbie are the parents of 2 wonderful boys, Will and Andrew.  When he has time, Joshua enjoys sports and woodworking. 


David Hardwick

David has attended the Fountain for over 10 years and has served in a variety of roles.  As an Elder, David sees it as his responsibility to serve God by helping to look after our congregation in the development of a closer walk with Him.  David has a passion for not just seeing young people come to the Fountain, but in helping to make disciples of them in order that they can help grow His Kingdom even more.  David enjoys spending time with family, including his wife Stephanie and daughters Kailey and Emily.  


Ed Hibbert

In additional to being a devoted and faithful Elder at the Fountain, Ed has a passion for planting seeds, mentoring, coaching, and evangelizing to the lost and broken with the goal of bringing them closer to Jesus.  Ed and his wife Debbie have 3 sons, 1 daughter, 8 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.  In their spare time, they enjoy camping, sitting around a campfire, playing euchre, and riding motorcycles.



Ron Smalley

Ron is a dedicated servant at the Fountain and has been an Elder for over 10 years.  His focus is on helping to create an environment for a spiritually growing church, and in growing God's Kingdom overall.  Ron and his wife Marianne enjoy spending time with their blended family of 6 children, 15 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.   They enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.

Denise Dank
Director of Administration

Denise's spiritual gift for administration makes her a perfect match as Director of Administration. Her talent for serving others has been honed over her career outside of church through her role as Chief Human Resources officer at a commercial real estate organization and through many aspects of volunteer work including board membership with the Greater Indianapolis United Way.   Denise humbly offers her many talents at church wherever needed, supporting many different projects and providing oversight for our common areas.   Her passion lies in connecting with people, volunteering to help fulfill needs, and by sharing Christ.  Denise has been married to her husband Mark for almost 30 years.  They enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching movies, reading, and volunteering. 

Greg Guffin
Director of Facilities

Greg has been attending the Fountain for over 20 years.  Always willing to do whatever is needed in God's service, Greg has a special spiritual gift in the care and maintenance of God's house.  Greg is a Purdue graduate and is self-employed in commercial real estate development and construction, sharing his many talents with the Fountain.   Greg and his wife Pam have 1 daughter and 3 wonderful grandchildren who they enjoy spending time with.  They also enjoy spending time with other family and friends, motorcycling, and vacationing on the gulf coast.  


Amy Hasenkamp
Director of Worship

As the Director of Worship, it is Amy's primary goal to honor and glorify our Great God each Sunday morning, and in all that she does.  Amy's second goal is to help lead people to God's presence.  Her heart's desire is to teach His people a lifestyle of worship.  Having grown up attending the Fountain, Amy's musical talent began as a member of the youth choir at that time.  Amy was also blessed to have grandparents who helped raise her in the church, and who in fact donated the land on which the church exists.  In Amy's words "Their gift and legacy continues to grow God's Kingdom".  Amy is married to John Hasenkamp who is also a member of the worship band.   Amy and John have two beautiful twin daughters, Olivia and Grace.  

Alex Jones
Associate Director of NextGen Ministries

Alex assists in overseeing our NextGen Ministry.  He is currently attending Lincoln Christian University with a major in Christian Ministry.  Alex is very passionate about working with youth, both in the church and on the basketball court. His passion is in teaching, shepherding, and outreach. He loves spending time with his family, reading, playing basketball with his two younger brothers, Garrett and Sawyer, binge-watching Netflix/Hulu, and sleeping.


Deb  Kraft
Executive Assistant

After 37 years working in the business side of the IT industry, Deb joined the staff at the Fountain as a part-time Executive Assistant to the Senior and Family Pastors.  Her God-given talent allows her to add value to the work of the church in a variety of aspects, and to help off-load the persistent obligations of the daily church life of our pastors.  Deb's passion is knowing God's Word as deeply as possible to be more effective in proclaiming and defending her faith to the lost and to encourage the broken.  As the mother of an adult disabled daughter Shelby, Deb feels very blessed to have been given the privilege of taking care of her, and for raising her sister Kasey who is now a doctor practicing medicine at the University of Virginia hospital.  

Lana Miller
Director of Prayer and Care

As a beautiful example of obedience to Christ, Lana's sees her service within the church as a direct result of prompting by the Holy Spirit.  Lana has the heart to reach out to those in need and for sharing the truth about Jesus and His saving grace.   Lana developed the Fountain's Prayer/Care Ministry which includes our prayer team, handymen and women team, and the Steven Ministry, with plans to develop a visitation and encouragement team.   Lana's background in teaching and nursing helped prepare her for the work she does today for the Kingdom.  Married to her high school sweetheart Dave for over 45 years, they raised 3 wonderful sons.   They enjoy spending time with their grandkids, and also with their horses and dogs at their country home.  


Jessie Newton
Director of NextGen Ministries

Jessie oversees our young people from birth through 12th grade.  Jessie has always had a desire to understand people.  She initially thought about becoming a child psychologist but eventually realized that without Jesus, real life transformation was not possible.  Jessie pursued and achieved her degree in Biblical Counseling and certification through ACBC.  Not only does Jessie have a passion to point our youth to Jesus for eternal salvation, but to also show them how to have victory with Jesus in midst of daily circumstances.  In addition, Jessie has a heart for missions and has spent many years working alongside Compassion International in a variety of roles to release kids from poverty.  Jessie has been married to her husband Jay for 28 years and they have two adult children, Christian and Jayla. They enjoy sports, spending time outdoors, being with family and serving Jesus together. 


Brady Ramsey
Director of Finance

With Brady's long time career and background in fiance and insurance, and his ownership of Ramsey Insurance, Brady is well suited as the Director of Finance.   As part of a 5 member finance team, Brady has primary accountability for the oversight of the finances that God blesses upon our church.   Brady is an avid sports fan, of basketball in particular.  He enjoys going to IU and Indiana Pacer games.  Married for over 20 years, Brady and his wife Julie have 2 wonderful children, Luke and Megan.  They enjoy family time and mostly watching their kids play the sports that they love.  


Neal Turner
Director of Worship Technology

As a talented member of the worship band, Neal is quick to point to God for all that he's is able to do for the Kingdom.  Not only is Neal a member of the band, but he is also responsible for all worship technology to help ensure an effective audio/visual experience.  Neal's passion is to help create an atmosphere in which we can all draw closer to Jesus.  Outside of church, Neal has worked for the Local 4 bricklayers for 29 years.  Neal is married to his lovely wife Jill and together they have 2 beautiful adult daughters, Jordan Turner and Kaili Lusk.
